  Well located and large hotel. In addition the staff was really helpfull and room was spacious. The set price menu in the restuarant was both excellent value.

  Conveniently located for historic Santiago, its an amazing place and almost all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The design of the rooms were excellent.

  Some people at the reception (like Oscar) were very professional and helpful. Some others were not, in my opinion (see below).

  I have never been in a 5 star hotel WITHOUT free Wi-Fi before! So I was quite shocked to find one. The hotel description indicated free Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby, but it turns out that it is free for 30 minutes per room per day! This is quite important limitation and should be spelled out clearly in the description otherwise it is simply misleading. I had been stranded in Spain as my flight had been cancelled because of the volcano in Island, so I stayed in this hotel longer than I initially intended. I also urgently needed to re-book my flight or find an ulternative root back to the UK, so I asked the person at the reception (unfortunately I did not catch his name, but he seemed to be a some kind of manager) for the half-an-hour voucher for the free Wi-Fi. He gave me one voucher, but refused to give the second one in spite of my plee to count this voucher towards my next day allowance. My request has been refused. So I had to pay in order to use the Internet. I was quite disappointed by this attitude of the person at the reception. So I would never stay in this hotel again and would advise my collegues at the Cambridge University not to stay there as well.
