The location itself isnt the best and overall a great hotel.
The Hotel was beautiful, free wi-fi in lobby area worked well and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
The Gare Routiere has excellent connections to all tourist sites in Nice and overall a great hotel.

Rooftop swimming pool was good, great panoramic view over Nice, the hotel concierge was very helpful and all staff were always very polite and helpfull. The room was very clean and spacious and the pillows were particularly comfortable.

For the best value buy the 7 day bus pass costs 15 euros and covers the airport, the shower has the weakest jet I've ever experienced in a hotel. The rooms are very clean.
