Excellent value in heart of city and lovely hotel at a wonderful price in a great location.

We were in an ideal location and this hotel was great price.

The hotel was good, the price was much too high for such a 3-star and i was happy to learn close we were to the Lake Lucern.

Location near the City Center, easy boat access and both prices are much too high for this type of hotel.

Nicely located and this hotel is in a pretty good location.

The NH Luzern is well located, this hotel provides an ideal location to explore the sights and more than that staffs are very kind to us.

Great central location, near to the Railway station and located on a quiet street.

The front desk was fast and rooms were exceptionally clean as were bathrooms.

Staffs are very nice, the facility is very poor inclusive lousy maintenance one of my brothers stuck in the toilet room for more an hour and central etc The breakfast is good.

Reception: Efficient and polite, nice room.

Bathroom were large and the breakfast was quite rich and good.

In addition the staff were friendly and the 5th floor room was spacious.

Also free internet was a bonus and the restaurant was good.

Location was great - easy access to train, the whole place was spotless and the reception staff were professional friendly.

    Excellent location for shopping and the hike from the train station was was an easy walk. The hotel was good, the price was much too high for such a 3-star and i was happy to learn close we were to the Lake Lucern. The staff was helpful, the three receptionists on duty were very friendly and the room was very clean.

    Quiet location and on a direct bus line one isn't up to walking. The hotel is really nice, staff are helpful and the maid decided that would be a great idea to try to knock. Room are clean, the breakfast at NH is of a very good standard.

    Location near the City Center, easy boat access and both prices are much too high for this type of hotel. Staffs are very nice, the facility is very poor inclusive lousy maintenance one of my brothers stuck in the toilet room for more an hour and central etc The breakfast is good.

    Great central location, near to the Railway station and located on a quiet street. The hotel has surprised me, the rate was also excellent - 155 CHF per night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, the breakfast was the best I had in 2 weeks and check-in was efficient and informative.

    Location too was good and the hotel was located close to the historic district not on the water's edge. Moreover staff was very helpful, the room were not big and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Europe.
