Overall it is in a good central location and you can walk to Piazza Castello, The Egyptian museum and other sights.

I liked the only the location, good value for money and the staff was so thoughtful.

There is a metro station right next to the hotel.

Room sizes vary wildly for the same price, you may get a 'double' that has barely more to it than the bed and a window but other 'doubles' are three times the size and include sofas and more extensive facilities.

Service was really friendly and the bed was large.

Room very pleasant, really good breakfast.

We got a very good rate for this hotel from Booked.net "special rate" and booked two rooms for a family of four.

The ceiling of the rooms was very low in some areas, which made the rooms feel even smaller.

The hotel had a very abundant breakfast buffet, which was included in the rate.

Otherwise the restaurant was good, but expensive.

The most pleasant surprise was the full breakfast we received.

However, the surrounding area is very nice and the hotel is on a big square bordered by cafes and chocolate shops.

Reception staff carried on an arguement as waited to sign in.

Location is just perfect and friendly staff might have compensated for a tired hotel.

Watch car parking: 3 days in garage round the corner cost 56euros, ouch.

The staff were very accomodating, the rooms small but clean.

Location is just perfect and friendly staff might have compensated for a tired hotel. Service could have been a little better at times.
