  It's a friendly city,,, but I'd try something else for lodging.

  First, the hotel is overpriced for the quality of rooms and definitly for the service. The phone in the room did not work you had to go downstairs to make a local call. Once I was downstairs and gave the girl the # she asked me to wait in the lobby next to the lobby phone and she would transfer the call.

  We were given a very nice room, well equipped, pretty clean. Room service was rather efficient and rapid. The only problem is that the location was a little bit far from city center.

  This hotel is in a good location in the new fancy part of Veracruz. It is right on the beach and has a nice pool. The amenities were very nice, but after 3 days they have not given us another bar of soap. The computer area is nice, but they didn`t clean it everyday.

  While we have a view of the ocean, the windows are so dirty that you can hardly see outside. There is a coffee maker in the room but they only gave us coffee the first night. They ask you not to waist water and re use the towels, but then you have to let the water run for 15 to 20 minutes in the morning before you get hot water. The furniture, lamps and all the wood and metal show finger marks.

  Me gustó su ubicación y la alberca muy pequeña pero con una buena parte de playa.
