Nh Krystal Ixtapa

The Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area is gorgeous and the location of this hotel is excellent.

The location of this hotel is excellent and is on a beautiful, clean stretch of beach.

But the location on the beach is excellent and you can always talk to the staff about suggestions of things to do.

To swim we had to taxi to Playa Linda & water taxi to Isle Ixtapa.

The ixtapa airport is new and very clean and modern now and is a big plus.

The following day both couples were able to get King Bed rooms and a much nicer guy at the front desk was able to put my credit card on our room charges no problem.

When we didn't get a king size bed on check-in as we expected, the young man in charge searched for rooms that would be vacant the next day and helped us move to that room on our second day.

The Room: A cool design, nice furniture and comfy bed.

The bed was very comfortable and the room seemed to have been remodeled and clean.

I have a sleep number bed and keep it at 100 and I thought the beds were hard.

Because we ate so much for breakfast we were very happy to eat at the beachside snack bar for lunch and enjoyed the chicken tortillas, natchos, burgers, clubhouse sandwiches etc.

The pool bar staff were fine, the food at breakfast was good.

Location: about 5 min walk to central Ixtapa / restaurants, the beachside Cascada Bar is an excellent place and the staff does a very good job of speaking English.

Water at any bar or restaurant is free with the all- inclusive or available for a nominal charge, or buy it even cheaper.

This restaurant offers two breakfast packages which include: a generous serving of fresh fruit or juice, coffee,eggs, beans, and chilaquiles.

After reporting the theft to the front desk and security personnel (initial responses from the hotel staff were, "I didn't take the money"), we spent the next week fighting to talk to a manager.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were super friendly the service was fine.

The staff were super friendly the service was fine but at this hotel all inclusive is food and drink only , no shows no real entertainment We stayed at the Royal Solaris in Cabo last year and there was no comparison.

Our opinion went up with the cold fruit drink that we received while checking in, the quick and friendly service we recieved from the desk staff, the efficient move into our room.

The Hotel is old but the pool is brand new and the elevators always worked and the water was hot every time and the place was clean and people were great that was good enough for us.

The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting, and the gym is hardly a gym.

The hotel appeared well maintained inside and out including the grounds, restrooms in lobby and around the pool.

The room was clean and the food was actually quite delicious.

Our room was very clean, large and comfortable and included an in-room safe which we used regularly.

Great value for the money, prompt service and the room was always clean.

The great staff is made our stay wonderful and the rooms are very clean.

The atmosphere was great, the staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
