The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main train station and close to a picturesque Christmas Market. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate bedroom and living area. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh and crisp bread.

There was a lack of cleanliness in some areas of the hotel premises, with visible dust.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, in a great location within walking distance of everything, and our family queen suite was perfect for us.

Loved staying at the queen suite. Breakfast is FREE, includes lots of meals. Choosing for lunch Terrazza, which is situated 400 feet away was a good idea. Worth its 4 stars.

We loved the convenient location, as it was close to the central shopping streets and the U-bahn station to reach Messe-parking. The hotel facilities were nice, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Too little space in the breakfast room, too much going on, no blackout curtains in the living area therefore also at night quite bright in the room by the street lighting.

It was a well-kept hotel, nothing too much trouble, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was perfect, extremely friendly staff, exceptional views over a large park. The location was perfect, near the train station, if you need it. The main shopping centre and a mall were right next door.
