NH Hotel Florida Buenos Aires - 布宜诺斯艾利斯

Great downtown location, taxis are very cheap in the city and the hotel is well located in the center of Buenos Aires.

Excellent location close to Florida street and the hotel is nice.

Nice location and not so expensive boutique hotels in Palermo.

We walked to many attractions and took short inexpensive cab rides to other areas of the city for dinner.

Stay at the NH if you want to be centrally located (walking distance to major sights such as the opera house and the shoppping district, though BA is pretty big so you'll have to get a cab to drive to a lot of other places).

The hotel is nice, clean; the rooms are fine, although the bed is not very good, and the shower is a disaster (be careful with slipping in the tub).

Luckily we were able to get a room with a queen bed, but we took the last one so the other couples had to push their twin beds together.

Although our group comprised five couples, all of us were put into rooms with twin beds!

Excelent traditional Barbecue restaurant in the street, 2 Japanese restaurants within 1 block, USD 2 and 3 minutes by Taxi to Puerto Madero.

The included buffet breakfast was served in a bustling dining room with plenty of choices that were replenished when necessary.

The restaurant is excellent (try the lunch menu).

Expect a typical european breakfast buffet, replenished every 10 minutes, very good quality.

The only negative point ( by my side ): the lobby bar closes at 1100PM, too early for a city that never sleeps as well.

They had 2 computers available in the lobby and staff was quick and professional.

Some members of the staff like Ms Consoni no doubt excelled.

I would not call the reception personal “cold”, like other reviewers, I’d rather say they are unprepared.

I own a NH preferential discount card, which was as good as nothing, since the reception personal repeatedly told me “the NH system is currently down in the whole world”.

When we said to reception they were adamant they rang,they didn´t.

If you don't bring your laptop, 2 PCs avalaible at the lobby.

Housekeeping is correct, but they should have cared a little more about the mosquitoes.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of offerings.

For the price I paid, helpful staff and the rooms were very clean.
