Awesome, favourable location near all most popular sightseeings. Tasty and perfect breakfast with varieties for Vegetarians; exceptionally nice staff.

Super-friendly and exceptionally nice staff, it was very nice stay.

The overall atmosphere was quiet, nonetheless some staff members were not so friendly. The location in a shopping area was marvellous and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. I was happy to find L'osteria, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and served nice food.

The location was perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was 15 km away. This room was comfortable modern and silent with a delightful view on the cathedral.

Reasonably spacious rooms complete with great view, in perfect condition, spacious bathroom.

It was a really comfortable stay during my visit. The location was stunning in the mall in the plaza and the staff here was pleasant...

Pleasant hotel, airy rooms, and tasty breakfast. Staff was pleasant and amazingly nice, and facilities were modern here. Marvellous and brilliant setting, close enough to stores for shopping or all the tourist attractions, Christmas markets and eateries reasonably close to railway. 10 minutes' walk to a Lutheran church.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Had superior room with bathtub and wake-up service was available in it.

The breakfast was tasty and perfect. I had a silent superior room with an epic view of the square. The hotel was in a super location, right in front of the church.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

Everything was excellent here - exceptionally nice staff and silent rooms. We really enjoyed rooms with a bathtub. The hotel had a very central position near the opera house which was pefect, and centre of town. Staying here for short stay was nice, totally recommendable.

We were in a great location not very far from The Dresden Zwinger. The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a shopping area. Our superior room was equipped with coffee, a kettle, and a safe.

This was a such great stay during my visit. I had a perfect superior room with a good view on the cathedral. I enjoyed both wake-up service and fine bed.

Super location in the city center, and 15 minute walk from a party palace. Also - adjacent to other areas. Large rooms, enjoyable breakfast.

The beds and pillows at Nh Collection were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a restful night's sleep. I requested a quiet room and was pleased to find that my room was far from the elevator, ensuring a peaceful stay. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to recharge with a quick nap before exploring the city. Additionally, the breakfast bar offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Our check-in lasted for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Why ? The man at the reception desk couldn't find our bookinc in the computer. Then he told us that our credit card has been charged for one room and for the second we were to paid at the hotel.Later another lady explained that our credit card has been charged for two rooms.The entrance to the hotel car park was impossible to find.When we got to our rooms it turned out that one of them stinks of cigarette smoke, though we asked for non smoking ones, and another had one king size bed for our grown-ups boys, who finally agreed to sleep in one bed as the room was fortunately very good. In one of the rooms ther was no tea/coffee maker. In the end it got so late that we were unable to go sighseeing the city which was one of our aim of arriving to Dresden.

Fabulous hotel, fairly clean, superbly friendly staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Big and well-designed rooms with a romantic view. Large bathroom and enjoyable and tasty breakfast. Brilliant and great location within walking distance of Prague Street. Based adjacent to the fantastic Altmarkt shopping center, Kreuzkirche and shopping area on the other side.
