The hotel is new and in a good location, close to many good places to eat.
Excellent location in the city centre and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was in a perfect location and the bathroom was good.
The location is convenient and easy access to the ferry.
The hotel was in a good location 5 minute walk to the town or sea front port area or 20 minute walk or short bus trip for 1 euro, or 3 euro in a taxi to Sardinero Beach area.
The bedroom was tiny, the bed tiny and the bathroom had poor ventilation so had a slight musty smell.
It was when were told the air conditioning was broken and it was tough the room was hot and when we had NO towels and were told the housekeeper had gone home, when we begged the lady relented and gave us 1 bath and 1 hand towel to share!
Hotel staff very helpful, rooms not huge and great breakfast.
A great breakfast for a 3 star hotel, i shared a twin room.
With only one small window and the air conditioning not used in autumn it was exceptionally hot.
The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in Spain, a good selection of fresh fruit, meats and chesses, as well as cereal and pastries.
Just over 300 euro including breakfast booked through the NH website.
Dehesa Santa Maria bar with tapas was lovely and excellent value.
We were at the front of the hotel and it had a small but very, very noisy bar opposite until after 2am.
Friendly close to all shops, good standard like most of nh Hotels.
The staff was very helpful, from suggesting places to eat to helping arrange transport for a visit to Santillar Del Mar.

The night staff were friendly and the ladies as we were leaving were really helpful and gave us 20 euro off the bill when we explained we were unsatisfied with the response we had from one staff memer.
Location was convenient for the restaurants and the room was nice and clean.

While our room was one of the smallest in the hotel, on the 4th floor, it was clean and well appointed.
