NH Hotel Bologna De La Gare - 博洛尼亚

The room is large by European standards as is the bathroom.

Rooms very modern,bathrooms very chic and ultra classy, staff very welcoming, breakfast was included when we booked and it was continental and/or full cooked breakfast.

There was computer keyboard on the desk in the room for use with the TV as a monitor.

There was no control in the room to adjust the temperature and the air conditioning controls seemed to be turned off elsewhere.

Location -- excellent for visiting the city and the room on the 4th floor was very well equiped.

The walk to the centre is under a covered walkway passed shops, bars and restaurants.

Breakfast is good but the eating area could be nicer.

Because it caters to business travelers, you can get any kind of breakfast (included) which was nice.

The hotel serves a wonderful buffet breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereal, you name it.

Bar service a bit slow but decent prices.

We found the reception staff to be polite and the rooms large with very good air conditioning - a must when it's 35 degrees outside!

First, even though we had requested early check in when we made the reservation, the front desk clerk was very rude and unhappy to assist us upon arrival.

The staff is very helpful, even providing a xerox copy of a map of city center.

Staff speaks enough English and they help you out with everything.

When we complained at the front desk we were told that other guests had complained it was too cold!

You would think a "4-star" hotel would have the ability to call a reputable taxi service for the safety of its customers.

Great hotel on the outskirts of town-very modern for business travellers really but the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the centre of town so it's very handy-last bus at 10:30pm at night.

Hotel clean modern and above average size rooms.

Our room was specious, very clean and everything was in perfect order.
