Overall, we felt the hotel was a good 3 star value for the price we paid (88 euros per night for a double room).

The rooms are very small and not very comfortable for a 4* hotel I must say: very small bathroom, small room with 2 small and uncomfortable beds, no nice pillows (normally NH has pillow menu.
It is situated on the Rhine River and the views from the dining room and some guest rooms are wonderful.
Our room was clean and we liked the pink and green decoration and diagonally-arranged bed.
The bed seemed to take up 3/4ths of the room.
The friendly front desk people thankfully provided us with a fan (great to sleep with) and a couple extra pillows, which were huge and hard as a rock compared to the two flat & wimpy pillows that were already on the bed.
This was a pitty, because we could only get a drink from the hotel restaurant, where they were setting up everything for the morning breakfast buffet.
Food at the dining room was a bit pricey, but the breakfast buffet was quite nice.
The location of the hotel in Bingen is excellent, room is very comfortable and best meal I have ever had at the Restaurant.
