The double room was heated, it had a Nespresso coffee machine and an iron. Had kitchenette which was convenient. Marvellous and perfect location just off Parc Güell, bars and restaurants were very close to the hotel. Sarria-St. Gervasi district was worth staying in.

The staff was lovely at all times. I greatly enjoyed the room with a nice bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable and frequently replenished.

It has good facilities and offers enjoyable breakfasts

The double room was nicely equipped, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. I had a separate bathroom and kitchenette. I had such great experience and would have extended the stay.

Simple small hotel for 3 nights in Barcelona. Convenient, decent location central to the normal must see tourist sites. Based not far from nearest train station, and metro stations and a minimarket.

Truly enjoyed the modern a double room with a modern design. The hotel had a central location and it was near Casa Perez Samanillo. The service was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful.

Well-maintained hotel, didn't want to leave.

The location in a safe area was relatively quiet and perfect and there were a bakery and a mini mart nearby. The airport was 20 km away...

Great location, clean rooms with necessary amenities, small kitchenette, friendly and helpful staff, discounted rates for returning guests.

Felt very relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The room and bathroom were clean and quite big. Hotel provides a safe, a mini-bar, towels, shower gels, shampoos, and even dental brush. Room cleaning every day, change of sheets, etc - can't complain about the room service. The location is good, close to the Fontana and Gracia metro stations (especially Fontana is very good as green line metro will take you to many attractions as well as sants bus/rail station).

Room WiFi is paid. There is a free 30 minutes wifi access in a lobby, but one has to ask for a password each time. For this price, in an era of smartfones, I would give up on mini bar (small beer/snack/water = 2euro) , safe or shampoos for a wifi access in a room.

Near to metro station (Fontana, l3 - Green Line), good start point for a city trip. Metro closes at 24.00 (except for: friday at 02.00, saturday: never) but there is a bus station in front of the hotel (n5) and you can take it from Plaza Catalunya. Room clean and quite during the night. Easy to find from airport (aereobus to Plaza Catalunya and Metro l3 to Fontana).

Bed not so confortable

The place is spotless and brilliant. Really helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing. New-fashioned, neat rooms with good coffee as well as a kitchenette, ideal setting. Real good stay, as always.

The room at Hg City Suites was spacious and well-equipped with a coffee machine and fridge. On the first night, they surprised us with complimentary coffee and milk. The location is great, just a short distance from La Rambla. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

For the rate charged, this hotel was a great deal. The rooms were pleasantly furnished and clean; a large continental breakfast was included. The staff spoke English and were helpful. I have stayed at two NH hotels in different cities in Spain and would highly recommend this chain.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that its location was a little far for walking to the main tourist attractions. And there aren't many places to eat in close range to the hotel (although there is a restaruant in the hotel).
