We had reserved a suite (all suites here) and I had requested 2 beds but were put in a room with only one bed and the sofa was not a sofabed.

We never went to the restaurant since the breakfast was about $14 per person, we would never pay that price.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and room service doesn't exist but with the mini-bar there and stocked with snacks it's not really necessary (there's loads of places to eat in vienna from fine dining to informal cafe).
I don't do breakfast so didn't find the breakfast room on the top floor, far better to grab coffee in one of the many coffee shops Vienna is famed for.
Complimentary chocolates on pillow, delicious breakfast.

Very good location, summary: we would stay here again for the huge and the front desk staff is sweet.
Also the welcome fruites is very good idea, there are friendly recepcionists in the lobby and museums down the road - beautiful big trees - complimentary coffee.
The lobby had a 24 hour supply of fresh coffee and croissants in the morning.
Bad: we had a late departure, and needed to leave our bags, however the front lobby was already loaded with other people's bags over flowing from behind the counter into the lobby where anybody could have opened the door and grabbed one.
Also, there is no wi-fi and internet is foolishly expensive.
Pricey wireless internet availiable (22 euro/day).
