              The ocean is warm and clear water, beach is excellent & the view is wonderful, most of the staff are friendly except for the transportation counter.

              The beach is wonderful and the deck chairs are nice, the overall services is good, staff is kind friendly.

              Quality of the utilities in the room is very poor, the shower door cannot be closed and restaurants are high for Malaysian standards.

              The new territory 5 min away by car, fantastic place and the spa was lovely and the staff overall helpful. The room was large and especially the evening buffet at The Penyu was really good.

              The beach is awesome and the design of Villa is excellent. Nexus's customer service is a disgrace for the beautiful Kota Kinabalu and room is big.

              Not much choices for other food and price is expensive compare to kk city town area, the staff then upgraded us to a "Borneo Villa" a little further away from the main building. Breakfast spread is not good.

              Beach is one of the best on borneo and there were no jellyfish around we were there, i recomment to just stay in ocean wing instead. Staff are very friendly and some are quite pretty too, the accommodation is excellent, quite and the pool is beautiful.
