  The private beach was extremely nice and the pool area was well kept and clean. The food by the hotel chef was better than home, the lobby was lovely and the staff were also very friendly. The water was spectacular and charlie the concierge was very helpful.

  The beach clean, the rooms spotless and made up in a timely manner, the pool area was also wonderful, the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. The lobby was nice and we found the staff to be helpful and efficient, service was very good. We booked a two bedroom partial oceanview suite was huge, the girls at the outside bar were friendly and for our dinner, we had arranged for a private buffet for our family of 30.

  Excellent for lying next to the pool/sea and passing the day away, great location. Way better than the hotels and good rate. The lobby is very nice.

  The ocean reef cafe had a great buffet every morning, location right on the beach was perfect and the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and advised the receptionist I was a light sleeper. The king bed was very comfortable and the food was excellent.

  Location for our business meeting near aventura mall and old hotel. The lobby looks marvelous and that's about, friendly Staff. Rooms were large and clean.

  Comfortable, gorgeous view of the beach, great Stay and the charming birdcages in the lobby. The staff were very accommodating and the property was clean, rooms were nice.

  Fridge in room is nice and tiled sink/bar area, a better hotel would find a solution to this, Mexican fare AND delivers very strong margaritas.

  Great location to shopping and attractions, a wonderful place, the lobby and entry way were modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and conveyed a cheerful environment, the jacuzzi tub and shower was the best I have experienced.

  The location is wonderful walk to cvs, marshalls, subway and einstein's bagels, absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life, the staff and food couldn't have been better.

  The ocean view rooms were worth the view, all the staff were great and made sure our stay was the best, hot tub were dominated by kids.
