I had a great stay at this hotel in Auckland South area. The location was fantastic, being so close to all the shops and restaurants in the Botany Town centre. It was super convenient for my family. The rooms were clean and modern, and the 2 bedroom apartment provided ample space for us. The kitchen facilities were good, making it easy to cook our own meals. When we arrived, the air conditioning was already on, which was a nice touch. it was great value for money.

The only downside was that the staff were occasionally difficult to reach and the pool was closed during our stay. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not affect our overall experience.

Location was GREAT. Very easy to get from Auckland airport, just 9 miles. Free WiFi was very effective. Lovely base for a city break in Auckland.

It made it so convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning that made my stay comfortable. The good cooking facilities in my 2-bedroom apartment were a bonus, allowing me to prepare meals easily. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Auckland and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the Botany Town Centre, which was very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The hotel also had good parking facilities, which made it easy for us to come and go.

The location was perfect, near shops and amenities. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable seating and bedding. Clean and homely atmosphere. Convenient for accessing CBD and supermarkets. Friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful swimming pool. Large TV with plenty of channels.

The apartment we rented during Christmas was fully equipped, just like a home away from home. We were delighted to have access to a gym, which was well-maintained and had a decent variety of equipment. The location of the apartment was fantastic as it was just across the road from an enormous shopping centre that had everything we needed, from groceries to gifts.

One significant downside of our stay was that we had to purchase our own toilet paper and toiletries. It was a bit frustrating, considering the price we paid for our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Botany Downs. the location was incredibly convenient, with shops and a shopping centre within walking distance, and it was only a short drive to all the main tourist attractions, including Auckland CBD. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, always going the extra mile to assist and accommodate our needs. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped, with good cooking facilities and air conditioning on arrival. this hotel offered great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities.

Nesuto Newhaven in the Botany Downs area is a hidden gem. The hotel offers great value for money with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location is perfect, being near the Botany Town Centre and two shopping malls. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with good cooking facilities in the room and a delicious breakfast offering. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
