  Incredibly good service, quiet room and very pleasant& helpful restaurant staff. Additionally nice swimming pool.

  Staff were very attentive, room was clean.

  Main reception area polished, large car park and simplicity - good for a business overnight stay. Free wi-fi in the lobby and friendly staff. Had no hot water, bar was big and the pillows were excellent. The breakfast was decent, the spa facilities were clean.

  Gym area very clean and regency Park is better. Some of the best I have seen at any hotel I have visited, the staff are perfectly friendly and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Great breakfast more do folk expect for the price.

  The bed was very comfortable & the newly refubished breakfast area was welcoming and the atmosphere was restful. Staff were very helpful and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean, the bar was well stocked and the food in the restaurant was very good. There was a small gym.

  General ambiance of the open reception/lounge area plus excellent service throughout our brief, i stay here a lot as is convenient for work in Newbury and other than that the staff couldnt be more helpful. The room is fine.

  Convenient location and pleasant decor. The lobby area looked just lovely and helpful staff. Comfortable room - pool, cosy bar and our evening meal was ruined by floor being cleaned as we ate making an almighty racket.

  Location good for motorway access, well done to you all at the Hilton Newbury you have an excellent hotel and the staff there are amazing.

  Water pressure in the shower is far too low, the food served here is really poor.

  Was used by us as a stop-off on the way to a wedding, the staff at the hotel overall I have to say were excellent and reception was inviting and spacious. We had a comfortable room and jacuzzi were great almost had them to ourselves. The breakfasts were good and the pool was a lovely temperature every day.
