    • Friendly and helpful staff, room amazing, the food at the restaurant was delicious.
    • A pool,jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,foot baths and outdoor hotub and relax area overlooking the fields, the staff are really welcoming and the hotel a perfect set up for young families.
    • Excellent meal at the stag restaurant, lovely view of deer from lounge, the location of the hotel is very nice and the spa is clean relaxing and is properly equipped.

        Nice and serene location, fantastic food and the New Forest walks. Very relaxed and friendly hotel, excellent venue for secluded romantic get away. Shower, towels, bathrobe, complimentary paper all as expected, at breakfast you will be served packet croissants heated in a microwave and the spa is large and very relaxing.

        Good spa facilities and a comfortable lounge area, we well stay there again hopefully this is helpful to the hotel. The main building is a little more sophisticated in its style and decor, the staff are very friendly, the outside hot tub is fantastic.

        Breakfast was very good and the location was nice, the staff were quirky and friendly and we liked that approach over the run of the mill hotel staff. Thankfully our room was warm, towels were excellent and a very pleasant waiter got us a drink. The dinner was well presented and delicious, the lovely receptionist agreed and was changed. The spa was very impressive.

        Beautiful location and lovely hotel. The house keeper was excellent, really friendly and smiley, service was good. Our room was very nice and spa facilities a real bonus and the restaurant food was excellent.

        The dinner was expensive and we did not think that was worth, the outdoor pool was closed.

        Great location, relaxed atmosphere and nice room interiors. Staff were very friendly and the lovely receptionist agreed and was changed. The spa was wonderful, especially the hydromassage jets and the outdoor hot tub, breakfast was good, dinner was of excellent standard.
