Our room was clean, the breakfast was better.
The fee only was good for 12 hrs and every one of the concierges in the main lobby was very helpful and kind.
The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious and modern.

Near the station, numerous cheap food can be had at the restaurants and there is a convenience store too, we would stay here again as everything is accessible by train. The service is very nearly perfect, rooms are a good size compared to others in Tokyo.
