During my stay at New Otani Inn, my 18-month-old son had an allergy attack, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. The manager called an ambulance and acted as an interpreter to ensure the paramedics understood the situation. The next morning, he checked in on us, showing exceptional professionalism and care. This level of support in a foreign country with limited language skills was truly remarkable. The hotel's location near the Yamanote Line and a shopping complex added to the convenience. The comfortable rooms and the staff's hospitality are reasons why I would definitely return to this hotel someday. I highly recommend New Otani Inn.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and the view from the high floor was stunning. Being able to see the city from above was a great experience. The hotel's closeness to the train station made it easy to get around and explore the city. The convenience store close by was very handy, and the Japanese garden was a beautiful oasis to relax in after a busy day.

The furniture was outdated, and there were limited places to hang your clothes. the power sockets weren't secure, making it difficult to charge devices.

Located conveniently near a shopping mall and easy to access from the train station, but quite far from Narita airport. The rooms were clean and the staff professional. The breakfast buffet was large and had a variety of options.

The hotel seemed outdated and could benefit from a renovation.

This hotel was perfect for us as we had quick access to transportation to the airport and other parts of this city thanks to its proximity to a station. Also, the hotel facilities were clean, modern, and fully equipped, including a shopping mall just across the street. Furthermore, the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated that our car was safely parked during our stay.

Plus, being linked to a mall means plenty of dining options and even a supermarket nearby. It's a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. its location at Osaki station made it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. We were able to hop on the train and easily reach all the major destinations without any hassle. Secondly, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to assist us with any requests we had. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice shower and comfortable beds. this hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely consider staying here again.

All was simply fantastic.

During our recent romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and amenities of the hotel. the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation to many of Tokyo's main tourist attractions. the nearby shopping mall and 24-hour convenience store made it easy to find meals and snacks that fit our schedule. Lastly, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of our room.

There were some downsides to our stay. The size of the room was smaller than we expected, which made it difficult to find space to store our luggage.
