Bed comfortable and surroundings quiet, just a few blocks away. A very nice hotel, for the price paid, I expected something much better and lobby area very large for the number of people staying. The staff are helpful and ready to please, the rooms really need to be updated, the bar has all the appropriate well drinks. The Japanese garden is very nice, a great spot to relax in.

Bathroom tile reminds me of dated apartment building and the elevators will be busy.

The room carpet is old and not really clean, there are dusts around the window area, hotel lobby ambience are incredible. The television is large, garden is nice and having a fitness gym was good.

Decent for the price, the lobby was nice, and the elevator was quick, hotel staff were very friendly. Front desk was amazingly receptive, courteous, bathroom was clean and the ladies in the Spa were realy cool.

The lobby was great for impromptu meetings and gatherings, the hotel was able to give us 25% off food on our agreed upon price, the service staff were wonderful, friendly. Beds were okay clean.
