    • All the staff were helpful, the maids were all cheerful in the mornings too and very nice double room - I was up-graded.
    • Bathroom is clean and the breakfast is nice.
    • Easy access for city centre and highly recommend Louis Restaurant attached to he hotel.

      The staff at check in area are great you check in and the welcome you get from reception is very friendly.

      This morning the breakfast was good and the area to eat in bright and airy, the hotel reception staff were excellent, the room was gorgeous, very clean and was decorated delightfully.

      Equally, signs pointing back to the reception area are scarce and unhelpful, cabs are not expensive, the food at the Italian restaurant next door is really bad.
