If you can get one of their internet rates - 60 euros per night plus 10 euros for breakfast, then it is worth booking as I think this is good value for money in a central Nîmes hotel.
Good value booked directly via the hotel's website.
The hotel was good value and had bags of character.
I have not stayed in any other hotel in Nimes to make a comparison but would hesitate to recommend this one although others may consider it good value at 90 euros per night.
The rooms are very basic with no proper shower and no tea/coffee making facilities but the location is very central with lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
Don't expect a view though as this is in a central location.
Good location and the decor was loved ly.
Airport only about 15 minutes from the centre and 5 euros each on the bus, we took a taxi and it cost 30 euros.
The airport is very near, so a taxi or coach from there to the hotel would suffice.
My room was very large with a closet, large trendy bathroom and separate toilet room.
The room and bed were comfortable and clean and both the aircon and soundproofing worked well.
Bathroom door opened directly to the bed which was just a bit too intimate for me.
On the plus side the room was clean and both the room and en suite bathroom were impressively large.
However the room we had (108) was shabby, poorly furnished and the bathroom (added more recently) badly designed.
We did not take breakfast there or use the bar but would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Continental breakfast was fine with all food and drink fresh and in superb setting.
Breakfast is 10 euros each and is quite basic, but you eat it in the small courtyard which is charming.
Check out The Mensterel restaurant near to the hotel, the food is superb.
Breakfast was servd from 7 am til Noon is very helpful for later risers.
The two members of staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful and the continental buffet breakfast was OK if a little expensive (12 euro)- you can buy coffee, croissants etc.
Hotel has loads of character, staff on reception are extremely pleasant.

Nice to live in a 400 fears old house and friendly staff.
No car parking but the secure public parking is only 150 metres away and costs 7.
Car parking is in the multistory 6 minutes away 8 Euro per day.
Nimes is a wonderful old town so you have no access to car parking at the hotel you go a short distance away and park in the shopping centre for 8 euro a day.
Rooms not huge but nice and clean, cleaned well each day.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
