The hotel is clean, with good personal, and offers unbeatable location near to the metrostation, the Grand Place in 30 minutes and Brussels 1000. Make sure you stay in the standard king room with a bathtub as well as balcony. Nice service and the food is savoury.

During our stay at New Hotel, we were impressed by the perfect location in the heart of the city. The comfortable and spacious bed allowed us to have a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas.

It was easy to find. The room was clean and quiet, the shower was hot, but the angle of the shower head meant water sprayed onto the floor.
Breakfast was quite meagre compared to other places I've stayed recently for a similar price. The remote for the television didn't work properly. The room's surfaces, carpet and paintwork were all clean but stained and worn. Needs a facelift.
