The hotel of choice in Tokyo. Reasonably large and stylish rooms with great view, incredibly kind staff. A great selection of facilities like: central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Very central location, fabulous base for discovering Tokyo. So close to a metro station, easy to get around.

Old-fashioned hotel with fast staff and fabulous views of Tokyo downtown. A fridge, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room, good and beautiful location. Location next to several convenient 24 hour stores-for those late night sake, beer, and american-food runs and the fish market and Ginza district and Asakusa. Also, to two subway stations serving two different lines.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The river view from our room was absolutely phenomenal. The room size was much more generous than other hotels in the city. The staff member who helped us book a taxi to the airport was extremely kind and helpful. We also appreciated having two convenience stores in the adjacent building.
We felt very lucky during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The view from my room at Ginza Creston was absolutely stunning. I could see the city and the river, it was breathtaking. The location was also great, with Ginza and Tsukiji fish market nearby. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the efforts the housekeeping staff made to ensure all amenities were provided for my stay. Despite the language barrier, the staff did their best to assist me with their translator gadgets. The area around the hotel was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
