  The location is good and safe even very early in the morning and late at night, the hotel is cosy, clean and has sort of domestic environment, the staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable room has tv and the elevator is great. The breakfast is very tasty and a nice way to start the day.

  Good location and pleasant welcome. The front desk was great and the owners, Jay and Family were warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were quiet and breakfast was excellent and well presented.

  Location was great and close to grocery, Victoria Station and coach station, we just returned from this hotel and had a wonderful stay, the reception staff were most helpful. The rooms were modern and the simple breakfast also provided a good start to the day.

  Location is good for the appollo and Victoria Palace Theatre, affordable place to stay and can accept function over fancy, owners and staff are friendly + helpful. The beds and bath are very clean.

  The breakfast was good and nicely served in pleasant surroundings, the hotel's proprietor was extremely accomodating and helpful, the small reception did not border me because was just a passing way. The room was great.
