Honestly nothing to complain about. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Very pleasant staff members, spacious rooms with bathroom, a shower, as for instance.

Would recommend it to others. It offers amazing, excellent location. The employees are lovely and good. The hotel provides a terrific service.

The stuff where excellant co-operating and hospitable and the location was wonderful in business district. Stayed in twin room with a shower which was perfect for me.

I truly enjoyed the room with a shower, the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was strategic - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Place of Worship.

The stay here was memorable on a Zimra business trip. The location was marvellous and incredible in a fairly quiet area, close to downtown as well as the parallel market. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Mana Pools. Booked a room with a shower. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was amazing.

Its location in the city centre was good and magnificent.

everyone who works in the hotel is courteous and kind. exceptional incredible rooms, they are provided with bedroom, the tv.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it ideal for business travelers needing easy access to the CBD and surrounding areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. We were also pleased with the breakfast options, which provided a good start to our day.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was great. The food was good with a great selection of alternatives. Particularly good and excellent location, it was just next door to the mall, and the National Museum.

Appreciated the room, it was exceptionally nice with a shower and bedroom plus the TV. The location was marvellous, for example, a contemporary art museum was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the New Ambassador in Harare for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and respectful, and the lobby and reception area were beautiful. The location was perfect, and our room was spacious and quiet. The reception and cleaning staff were also very kind and polite. if I ever return to Harare, I will definitely choose the New Ambassador again!

The location is great, 2 km from National Museum. 17 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to everything. The building is new and the rooms are extremely spacious and amazing with the TV, bedroom, as example. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was fabulous: D
