The bedrooms are clean and a complimentary breakfast is served every day.
Borscht at reasonable prices, staff were helpful and a new receptionist was very friendly.
Excellent location for seeing the wonderful sights of the city and the quality of spoken english.

The location was perfect for access to all major sights and excellent value for a well located hotel in a big city. The room was always clean and the staff used to clean in the afternoon too.

Other main sites of st petersburg was excellent, the best thing about the place was the location and personnel took good care pf the visitors. The staff were helpful and kind, and the room was clean, the breakfast was fine.
