Nice location in the centre of the city directly on Nevsky prospect and the hotel is also very well located.

Whilst location is a walk to Hermitage or near attractions and the hotel is very well located.

Best location you can imagine in the city and hotel arrangement is ideal.

Fab location - 2 minutes by foot from the central metro station, the hotel restaurant is a great place for breakfast and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Location is excellent, the Metro station is just the next door to the hotel and service better than a 4 star.

The hotel was very welcoming, service was great and my room had a large bed.

A room with a real bed, not a mere sofabed as in room 2001.

A room with a bathtub, not just a shower that features hot and cold water intermittently and does not drain properly, thus overflowing after only a few minutes of use.

The bellboy took my items to my room promptly and the rooms were spacious and clean and really well designed.

Staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable.

A breakfast that features fresh fruit and juice, not just sausages floating around in tepid water.

1) Perfect location – at the central avenue of the city near the underground station Mayakovskaya, friendly service throughout the hotel and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient.

Location is simply fantastic and on Newsky Prospect - close to many important places. Staff is really friendly and hot floor in the bathroom. There are lot of very pleasant cafe bars and the restaurant is quite good.

Great location and near the Moscow Station. Hotel accessible and good rate. Fantastic restaurant - our dinner was one of the best in town and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Rooms were quite modern and spacious and the breakfast was fabulous.
