Very nice location, modern hotel situated right on the beach and all the staff are very helpful.

Clean and wide beach you can't fail to enjoy, only a short metro or taxi ride into the city, second stay at Neptuno - best hotel in the area.
The beach is a huge expanse of clean, near to the tram stop back into the city and valencia is very nice.
The staff was freindly and helpful, room amenities were good, towels provided for the solarium on the roof got very hot in August.
