Enjoyed dining with the beautiful view of the Indian ocean and basking in the sun at the beachfront location. Staff were helpful with any queries I had.

Toilet leaked raw sewage, terrible bathrooms, and incompetent service. Reminded me of "Faulty Towers" with the obvious boss directing everybody.

I recently stayed at Neptune Bay Unawatuna Beach and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The big balcony provided a stunning sea view. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, although I did encounter some ants on the papaya on the last day. The staff, especially the lady who cleans the room and provides breakfast, was amazing. Additionally, the hotel's beachfront restaurant was great, and the nice swimming pool was a bonus. the location, amenities, and helpful staff made my stay worth the price.

I got great value for my money at Neptune Bay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to help me, even carrying my suitcase all the way up to my room.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps offering a wider variety of options.

Recently stayed at Neptune Bay Beach Hotel for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic, with the beach bar just a cross the road. The hotel works with a tuktuk driver who was amazing - he had a clean blue tuktuk, took great photos, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a big balcony. The breakfast was good, and the lady who cleaned the room and provided breakfast was awesome. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere in April was a plus.

Spent an amazing Easter at this hotel! the room was cleaned to a high standard, and we had access to A/C and Wi-Fi. the location was spot on, with the beach just a stone's throw away from our room, perfect for an Easter weekend getaway. the breakfast included in our stay was delicious and filling.

The pillows in our room were a bit lumpy, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. , the intermittent power outages were frustrating, especially when we wanted to use the TV.

The food was very tasty and the restaurant and bar are great places to sit and relax while enjoying the surroundings. The hotel’s location is a real advantage, just a short walk to the beach and near to shops and water activities. The pool was also a fantastic feature, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.

There were a few negative aspects of the stay. The room was not up to expectations, with some minor defects present and the cleanliness could have been improved.
