Perfectly placed between the harbour and the seafront. The double room with a view was surprisingly comfortable and quiet. There was no rush by the staff for us to vacate the room which was a bonus.
The restaurant closed early and the breakfast was not included in the price. , the road works outside were a bit noisy in the morning.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Littlehampton! the location by the harbour side was perfect for enjoying a leisurely stroll into town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were in a similar condition to those described in the previous reviews - clean, tidy, and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find a room with a comfortable 4-poster bed. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to my day.
All was good without any issues.

Located near the pier and with stunning views of the ocean, this hotel is perfect for business trips. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for the stay. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the breakfast was included and quite good.
The reception area and some parts of the hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation. The bar area was quite noisy during the evenings, which made it difficult to work or rest.
