Quiet location next to the park, excellent hotel and the staff is very friendly.

The location is excellent and set in a lovely park.

The location is just round the corner from the old part of town, beautiful park in back of hotel and the staff is very friendly.

Great location and the hotel terrace provides excellent ambiance.

Decor were all good, staff was incredibly helpful and we had one of the new rooms - large windows.

We received a warm welcome, pleasant and friendly staff, room was decent as well.

The bathroom was fantastic, the food was of an exceptionally high standard and our dinner was good.

Warm welcome we arrived one day early, friendly English speaking staff and the rooms were an excellent standard.

Additionally the recent renovated rooms are very nice and just need to be aware that the menu in the 'proper' restaurant is slightly different to that in the bar.

The restaurant near the bar is ok and dinners at the restraunt are also excellent.

The rooms are gorgeous and good dishes in restaurant - I recommend specially fish.

Reasonable prices, the restaurant offered three completely different areas/styles for dining and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The restaurant food is excellent quality.

Moreover i liked the friendly atmosphere, town square etc and front desk personnel were very helpful.

However, the manager and staff clearly understood our complaint and made adjustments to the time construction could proceed and made adjustments to our bill which were far greater than we expected.

Not all of the staff speaks english, but there is always someone there that does.

Nice wellness area, lovely hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Situation near a park, in a lovely town and very good value for money. Reasonable prices, the restaurant offered three completely different areas/styles for dining and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

Near the city, nice park and lively university town. This was an excellent hotel and the lobby clerks were overwhelmingly helpful. The staff was very friendly and room was good. Breakfast was adequate, dinner was delightfully tasty and guest facilities was well above expectations.

The location is excellent and set in a lovely park. We chose to drive due to the light rain during our stay and staff very helpful we needed somewhere secure to leave our bikes. The rooms are gorgeous and good dishes in restaurant - I recommend specially fish.

Location was good, very nice park was seen from restaurant window and parking near Porta Nigra was a short distance by car or there was a bus stop near the hotel. Staff were attentive and the room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was excellent, the spa was small.

Pleasant surroundings and as stated elsewhere backs onto a rather attractive public park. Moreover i liked the friendly atmosphere, town square etc and front desk personnel were very helpful. The bathroom was fantastic, the food was of an exceptionally high standard and our dinner was good.

Good bus service to the centre of Trier and serving very nice meals on the terrace overlooking the park. Well maintained hotel, helpful staff and excellent beer brewed by the owner. Many rooms and high ceilings.

Good access to bus to go to city center, the roofterrace a perfect place to relax after a sauna and the staff are very helpful. Moreover the rooms are quite spacious and the food is excellent. The Garden is a great way to spend the afternoon.
