We asked for family apartment and it was compact with modern bathroom. The family atmosphere created by the fairly friendly staff. The service was great as we had expected. The hotel was in the very central setting right on the sea front in great location. There was Sri Thai next to the property.

The room itself was good sized and contemporary. The staff were really friendly when asking for tips about Napier. The location was great and lovely for exploring Napier. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Hip new hotel in a shopping area close to eateries and cafes with the beach in walking distance. Had superior queen studio with good view, free access to laundry services plus basics for breakfast. Coffee bar in the venue.

Enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was comfy. The position was incredible, the movies and cafés are close to the hotel.

Nice beds, the room itself was decent sized and contemporary. The location in a central area was marvellous. The staff was fairly friendly, they give us all the help.

Great setting in the downtown area, just off eateries rooms were of good size. Generally the service was great. Amiable staff, quick check-in and superb bar.

The room was high-class with climate control and a kettle.

A lot of outstanding food for meals. The rooms with 2 single beds for kids. A shopping area, particularly good location short walk to a stand-alone restaurant and car park-nice view, right opposite the lake, and other eateries close by.

Great Hotel to stay. We were here for one night and Navigate was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms with a sea view, comfortable parking, and friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to cafes and eateries. The hotel had a nice seaside setting and secure parking. a charming experience.

It is an interesting place for relaxing break, has incredible views of the sea. Incredibly comfortable and easy location near waterfront and amenities as well as almost a suburb of Napier. The attached restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Most of the staff were efficient and excellent. My king studio and all facilities were nice! Location: the hotel was very close to central Napier, cafes and restaurants and a stand-alone restaurant and car park-nice view beyond that.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had exclusive amenities. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast with many choices on offer. The Jacuzzi was great, and we also loved the picnic area with tables. Additionally, the private facilities offered were exceptional. We appreciated the service by the staff, which was outstanding.

The only minor issue we faced at this venue is the noise from other guests using the corridor and occasional outside lights that lightened up around 3-4 am. However, it wasn't a big problem as we could sleep well.
