It's a well-maintained and fairly clean hotel, rooms are pet-friendly and well decorated. The staff are highly courteous and efficient.

There's stain in some areas.

Clean and picturesque place, has nice views of blue ridge mountains. Its location very close to the heart of Natural Bridge is marvellous. The hotel provided a friendly customer service during our weekend.

The hotel was in an amazing location very close to the major attractions, the Natural Bridge and good gift shop and which is well worth a visit. The venue staff were fairly friendly and amiable.

Fairly clean and unique place with really helpful and professional staff. Well decorated room looking out at the mountain. Comfy and ideal location, near many local attractions. About 5 minutes walk from Caverns at Natural Bridge.

We got a room with a bathtub. Our breakfast was well priced and at 10:15am, the staff was affable. Also, location was stunning, at walking distance from Caverns at Natural Bridge.

Stunning location by way of a tunnel with views of blue ridge mountains. Based next to the Virginia Safari Park and the Pink Cadillac Diner, and new outlet and fridge. Reasonably priced and reasonable breakfasts, with omelets made to order, appetizers and a chef whipping up omelets made to order.

The staff was amicable and superfriendly. We really enjoyed the historic-style building and our recently refurbished and reasonably large room with balcony.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with luggage and accommodating my pet. The hotel's location was fantastic, with the Natural Bridge park entrance just across the road, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, it was close to everything we wanted to do, making it perfect for our little girl's birthday celebrations.

I had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly hotel. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Foamhenge Monument was incredible and superior. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast or another meal here, I had excellent dishes. The service was good in my opinion. Plus their wifi was great.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, right across the street from the Natural Bridge state park. I loved being able to explore the park easily and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel itself had a charming, historical feel with its retro style. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The staff, especially Michelle at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The wait staff at breakfast and dinner were also amazing, despite being busy. The food was surprisingly delicious and exceeded my expectations.
