100 dollars at high end inns and get hair dryer in you bathroom and coffee in your room, instead bring your own hair dryer and get free coffee in office and save more than 50 bucks plus get microwave and refrigerator.

Large Bed was comfy and we were able to use the guest laundry.

The room smelled of bath soap--not a bad thing.

The room was clean (even in the corners of the bathroom).

Just what we were looking for - A decent, warm bed & wi-fi for under $40.

This is very near to mesa verde, as well as located in Cortez downtown, near one of the best Cortez restaurants - NERO's.

Silver Bean coffee trailer walking distance away was great kitsch for breakfast.

The rates were pretty good, the front desk managers were extremely kind and the room was plenty big enough.

Additionally awesome service and the manager was pleasant enough.

I had a wonderful experience in this motel, the service is wonderful.

First, as I was checking in, the Indian lady with the red dot on her forehead at the front desk tried to change my room rate (by an additional $12) even though I made reservation ahead of time.

Kids thought the pool was dirty, but I think it was just the stuff that blew in for the day.

Parking was a nightmare as everyone is compressed into a really tight spot.

Pool was warm and open late in the evening.

Sheets were clean, pillows and beds good.

Room was clean and nero's restaurant next door was great.

The price was good, this place was really clean and room service was the best i have ever seen.

The room is clean and well maintained at reasonable price.

      Free coffee and lots of better choices in Cortez.

      Over all the hotel is very dirty and smelly, the beds are built on old platforms that barely support the mattress.
