Nash Carlton Hotel Lausanne - 洛桑

Nash Carlton is good located, this smallish ‘boutique’ four-star hotel is in an excellent location and the room is clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect and so the hotel really is located pretty well between the city.

I like the location near the center of Lausanne, so the hotel really is located pretty well between the city and the rooms are very clean.

Location was very convenient being next to the Delices metro station, i found the hotel to be beautiful and inviting, the staff were very professional and polite.

Fairly good location and quiet hotel near to metro station also near to the lac.

The room was beautifully appointed, with a good king sized bed (more likely, two beds pushed together) and plenty of shelf and wardrobe space all around, although not much drawer space otherwise.

Other than the bed, the room included a couple of chairs, a bureau and a small side table.

The room that I stayed was excellent-very comfortable bed with duvet and fine furnishings.

Our first experience was disappointing, we had booked two rooms in their mid range category and were provided one room as expected and a much smaller studio.

While the room is of reasonable proportions, and comes with a generously sized balcony (unusable though, due to the aforementioned noise), a huge double-bed and built-in shelves leaves practically no floor space.

The buffet breakfast is served downfloor from 7 to 10am, in the restaurant, in a very cosy atmosphere.

I don’t believe the hotel has a restaurant, but there is a (windowless) breakfast room in the basement.

It was just a 10 minute walk down to the numerous restaurants and small shops down by the lake, where we went each of our three nights to eat (note, however, it’s a longer 15 minute walk back up again!

Friendly and professional staff, nice and helpful receptionist, the rooms are well decorated and luxurious.

Very good location next to the metro station, in a very cosy atmosphere and the reception staff were very friendly.

Staff was polite and efficient, the small balcony was great for getting some fresh air.

There are reserved parking spaces for guest cars and, an almost unheard of for Lausanne, was without charge.

Also, parking is available in front of the building and on surrounding streets at no charge.

Parking easy in that part of the city during the weekend and lausanne is nice.

The only downside was that I had to pay for wireless internet access, but at least it was available.

The staff was wonderful, the bathroom was very clean.

The bathroom was beautiful, with marble throughout, spotlessly clean, and looked new.

Room was clean and all the facilities were perfect.

Very clean room, comfortable sofas and a much better selectio of breakfast.
