The location close to the city was not great for had no car and the staff were friendly.
Good location, really a nice inexpensive hotel and lobby area has relaxed.
Nice central location, only short walk to Lucca and good size room.
Very convenient location, very well positioned for walking into Lucca and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking available on site, taxis had to be used hence the extra costs were heavy enough and free use of bicycles meant was only 5 minutes to get into the old town of Lucca or 10 to 15 minutes you walked.
Moreover the staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom was huge, breakfast was nice.
The only down side is the front of the hotel looks out on to a busy road which is quite noisy so ask for a room at the back of the hotel.
The Air Conditioning was poor and noisy but otherwise no complaints.
An adequate bar and great choice of food.
The cycle around the city on the walls is a lovely way to spend an hour, and then stop off at one of the great Italian restaurants.
Breakfast was a good buffet, with lots of fruit, yoghurt eggs cheese and cereal.
Pleasant and helpful staff, our room was well serviced.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms are a bit dated but the cleanliness and the extremely frieindly and helpful staff make up for this.
