With a location like this it seems hard to miss but they did!

Alamo seems to be the cheapest we saw in Fort Myers Airport at that time.

I was willing to write off the course conditions with being the remants of the last hurricane season, but there were also no drink stations anywhere on the course.

The suite was very spacious with a kitchenette/ table & chairs, tiled sun room facing the beach, lovely sitting room, large bath with shower and jacuzzi, and relaxing bedroom with plenty of storage/closet space.

The accommodations were wonderful, each having a sitting room, a lanai, a small kitchen, luxurious bathroom and bedroom.

The room was clean and updated with a king size bed.

We reserved their standard room for $220 a night which was supposed to be a room with one queen size bed.

The Bad: We reserved a one bedroom suite and instead were sent to a regular room.

We had breakfast every day in the Everglades Restaurant and if you like a full size English you can help yourself to as much as you can eat for $15.

The indoor/ourdoor restaurant right on the beach, and the outdoor bar were delightful.

The restaurant and bar are the only ones in Naples located right on the beach.

Breakfast buffet at Everglades restaurant in main building was $11 to $12 per person, but it was well appointed.

We felt that if you weren`t a big spender at the bar or in the restaurants you were something of an inconvenience to be looked down on.

He suggested another place was nice, also the reception staff were not at all pleasant and cleaning our room at a time that was convenient for us.

BAD POINTS: They are definetely not big on customer service -- waiters, pool attendants, bartenders, beach attendants etc -- but I will say that the customer service manager did take care of a reservation problem we had promptly and effictively.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially the concierge desk.

The staff at the front desk varied in friendliness.

All of our family and friends loved the wedding, hotel, tiki bar, pool, beach, breakfast & brunch, spa, golf, lobby and hotel rooms (cabana rooms in the Patio building were great as well as the new Florida rooms)!

Beautiful beach, nice pool, great location to the 7th and 3rd Ave Shops, golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, and spa.

There are four great restaurants and stores that serve all your needs, a lovely spa and fitness room.

Our rooms were spotless, hB's Restaurant was great for a dinner and seafood was so fresh.

The hotel lobby, restaurants, grounds and our room in the main building, were all tasteful, clean, and attractive, clearly having been renovated recently.

Our rooms were spotless, instantly attended to by housekeeping every time we left.

Unlike all the other members of staff were absolutely superb, the room cleaners were great and the pool was very clean and welcoming.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat.
