Good location to visit Naples. Very nice views from the 7th floor where the breakfast is served. Rooms quiet and comfortable.

The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room cool. The shower was easy to use and had a good temperature control. The towels were changed every day. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had some noise issues, particularly if your room was facing the front and near the flight path. The breakfast area could get crowded during peak times due to tour groups, so getting there early might be necessary to secure a table.

Short way from castel nuovo. It's based in the heart of the city. We were able to park nearby.

very clean room and hotel in general. nice touristic places like centro storico were next to the venue. within a walking distance of the restaurant sorbillo. located 15 min walk away from toledo metro station.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city, as it was within walking distance of many popular sites.

The breakfast was a disappointment, as the options were quite limited and not of the highest quality. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected when necessary.

Staff was excellent, rooms were newly renovated and clean. Location was perfect!

This hotel has a fantastic location close to major sights and transportation options. The rooftop view is breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to help with food recommendations and a late checkout. The room was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well.

Convenient and comfortable base for city trip to Naples. Easy to find, close to port and train links. Good view from roof terrace. On busy road, but couldn't hear noise from our rooms. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating.

Located in the center of city, not far from the most attractions

The breakfast was awful.There was nothing to eat: artificial juices and omlette made of powder ... and it was cost 20 Euros per person. 5 minutes walk you can find so many cafes and pizzerias were the proper dinner costs 15, max 20 euros! Additionnaly - the ventilation at the hotel did not work well, the smell appiared from somewhere, the sewerage system (especially sink) did not work at all - in 2-3 min the sink was full of water. The tv set is too small for such room - just 15" lcd and navigation was not good.

The hotel rooms were recently renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. The new rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to key attractions in the city. It was conveniently located near public transportation and other amenities.- The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved. It seemed like more attention could be given to the cleaning of the rooms and common areas.

I would recommend the Hotel Naples very highly. Booked very last minute and the rate and accommodation were superb. This Hotel is on a very busy road and we were at the front and never heard any traffic noise - brilliant glazing and we had to open the window to hear anything. The Reception staff were helpful, friendly and efficient - nothing was any trouble. Our room was immaculate and kept that way by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was very comprehensive and covered all requirements even at the cut off period. We arranged tours/taxis via the hotel and it is within easy walking distance of many bars/restaurants (recommended by the Reception staff) and the port where it is easy to get on the Hop On/Hop Off bus - also to be recommended. The safe was easy to operate and the security of our room was good - we only found the roof terrace on our last night but this is a lovely place to look out at night. Altogether a very enjoyable 4 night stay.
