I was offered a room with absolutely gorgeous views of the beach. Its location at a medium distance from Ban Tai Beach was gorgeous and good. The service was amazing, the breakfast was awesome and incredible.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a lovely area, short walk to the restaurants and suggested dining options. Awesome and excellent breakfast with every taste, fresh pastries and also omelets, it had so much choice.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away on a beautiful private beach in Ko Samui where the waters are pristine blue. The location is perfect, with the hotel right on top of the beach, providing stunning views from the rooms with windows over. The rooms themselves are spacious, with their own large bathrooms and good views. The breakfast included with the stay is top-notch, with fresh pastries daily and many options to choose from.

No negatives to mention, everything was perfect!

This resort is located in a great area, close to the center, and on the North coast of the island which is easy to travel around. The lounge area is nicely designed and comfortable. In general, the island is not too big, so you can easily go to different places. The room had a beautiful view of the beach and the bed was very comfortable. The staff provided great service and there were many activities available such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and catamaran sailing.

The food was costly compared to other options on the island, which was a bit disappointing.

My recent stay at Napasai, a Belmond Hotel, was absolutely incredible. The secluded location surrounded by lush gardens and a private beach created a true paradise getaway. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The villa I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. The large infinity pool and various water activities provided endless opportunities for relaxation and fun. The complimentary yoga classes and spa treatments added to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. Though the restaurants were slightly overpriced, the variety of food options available and the quality of the meals made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating vacation.

The staff at Napasai were incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The free bikes and helmets were convenient for exploring the area. The spa was comfortable and enjoyable, even during rain showers. The beach had interesting sea life and the nearby cliffs with caves added to the natural beauty.

Felt well taken care of and had no complaints.
