We liked the hotel and its amazing and excellent breakfast.

It was clean and the staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, beds were extremely comfy. Our room with nice decor was compact and spotless. This brand-new hotel offered us particularly good views and scenery. The location was great and incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from Dotombori Glico Sign.

Thoroughly enjoyed how beautifully decorated and pretty standard the property was and its attentive staff on every shift. The breakfast was delicious and amazing for the value, the best we had in Osaka. Favourable hotel's location, as it was walk from a metro station.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Grand Fresa in Namba for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Dotonbori area and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room and surprising my boyfriend with a special birthday gift. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its proximity to Nippombashi Station, getting around was a breeze. a great choice for a memorable trip.

The rooms are very small. Bad furniture. Very small bathroom. It's not 4 stars.

Fantastic fairly clean property, it has courteous staff on every shift. It offers great breakfasts for the value. The location of the hotel is marvellous, very close to Dotonbori close to stations and in front of a train station. Dotonbori district won't disappoint you.

Very well maintained building and rooms with a view. Magnificent and incredible location minute walk from National Bunraku Theater. Just 10 minutes walking to the city center.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and had all the basic necessities. The location was near the train station and conveniently located beside a 7eleven and a subway. The staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in. Overall a pleasant experience.

The restaurant was nice at the ground floor, we ordered delicious dishes. The view from our room was good. The location was favourable, minute walk from National Bunraku Theater. Greatly enjoyed that it was walk from a subway station.

This hotel offers amazing value with rooms that are perfect for a good night's sleep. The location is unbeatable with easy access to subway, train stations, and lots of dining options. The staff is professional and welcoming, and the welcome pack for female guests is a nice touch. Plus, the basic amenities like the humidifier and the complimentary beauty products are great.
