The staff was nice, they showed us what nice service is supposed to be like. There were a fridge, a sitting area, and a writing table in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Reasonably large and reasonably clean hotel, location was good and best possible really close to shoppes as well as the airport. The room was big size and included an electric kettle and a fridge. Enjoyed street view.

I have just returned from a fine stay in this low cost hotel, air conditioned rooms. It has small restaurant and nice and best possible location far away from the historical center. Thanks to all friendly staff...

The hotel has a great location for tourists. It is right in the neighborhood with the Wararoj market, which is perfect for shopping and dining. there is a small food market, which comes in handy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is affordable, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough.

The hotel is old and worn out. Some of the facilities and amenities require refurbishing, and some functionality issues hurt the guest's experience.

Plus, the lobby coffee was delicious and reasonably priced. great value for a great place! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Mai.
