This location is a great place for those traveling in Kenya. It's peaceful and the rooms are beautiful and lavish. The staff and service are absolutely amazing, the spa is nice and has great massages, and the pool was praised. The Mandhari restaurant is splendid and there's internet in the rooms.

Rooms are clean , business center is well equipped, excellent buffet breakfast before setting off 'on safari and staff are generally friendly and efficient. The food is great and other good tourist choices are the Norfolk and the Fairview. The swimming pool is large and nice.

The security at the front and around the hotel was very good and reassuring, the staff were all very friendly and efficient, the TVs and electrical sockets need to be checked in the rooms as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
