  Good location to visit markets and the staff at the hotel are excellent and very accommodating. The service is amazing, rooms are spacious and very comfirtable, food is superb. The pool is heavily heated.

  The room had a large safe we used to store our valuables, the fitness center and pool were very nice and clean, Nairobi Safari Club was comfortable and convenient. Staff were friendly and accomodating, the suite was disappointing, the breakfast was of a very good standard and the choice was massive.

  Great location, pleasant, comfortable hotel and free wifi in lobby. Efficient and friendly staff, huge rooms, food was good and reasonably priced.

  The pool area is gorgeous and a swim felt wonderful after the long journey, also a good place to watch any sports game. The service there is efficient and antique furniture on the rooms make a romantic ambience. The food is exelent and served quick.

  We liked the location as was easy to walk to around the city, close to the market and shops, the hotel was great. The staff were very accommodating and room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the conference facilities were also very good.

  On the whole i liked this hotel, staff very accommodating and the bed was comfortable and the furniture seemed presentable. Breakfast was buffet and there was a good choice.

  Better values elsewhere, wonderful service and the staff friendly and the room nice, clean. Food and beer much cheaper, nice piano dinners. Beautiful downtown facility.

  This hotel was adequate for our overnight stop, the staff were pleasant and attentive, the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of food.
