Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. The venue was in a marvellous location, in far away from downtown. Apart from that, a Republic square was 10 minutes' drive away. The room was cozy and warm, had smoke detectors for the safety. City view was an unexpected bonus.

The breakfast they served was very poor, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us book a taxi to the city center at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and had a nice view. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mount Ararat from our window. The hotel location was not too far from the city center, and the taxi fares were reasonable. I would highly recommend New Nairi for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the property was favourable, near downtown. Nork-Marash district was worth visiting.

During my recent business trip to Yerevan, my director chose the New Nairi Hotel for our stay. One of the major highlights of this hotel was the access to the swimming pool, which was open daily from 11.00 a.m. This allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day of meetings. the hotel offered a sauna with a plunge pool, providing a perfect way to rejuvenate and de-stress. The indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities truly enhanced my stay at the New Nairi Hotel.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

The room was reasonably spacious and bright with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment.

Location so close to downtown as well as the taxi. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Polite, friendly people working here...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I felt that I received good value for my money. , the staff was very attentive and friendly. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great. It was a bit outside of the city center, which meant it was quiet and peaceful, but still easily accessible to all the attractions and sights.

While my stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable, there was one small aspect that could be improved upon. The breakfast, although plentiful, lacked a bit in quality.

The location marvellous for Nork-Marash district, it is next to the town centre and the shopping areas and Yerevan and city center. There is plenty of amazing food for breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Russian. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the view from the hotel of the city and mountains is absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making transportation easy.
