See question 2 above
Food and drink costs in bar and restaurant were a bit excessive. There was better value directly outside the hotel at the various restaurants that offered a wide range of food styles

The hotel had a very central location, but the rooms were quiet. Everything was clean. Good amount of space for Tokyo. Helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, great and unbeatable location almost in the center of the town. Location: the venue was short walk to cafes and restaurants and Nagoya TV Tower and Sakae station and free cosmetic shops.

Great hotel in the city center with helpful staff and spacious rooms that can accommodate a family. Near many restaurants and shopping options, making it easy to find what you need. Complimentary facts include a convenient location 5-8-minute walk from the subway station and a friendly, professional reception and housekeeping staff who helped us feel comfortable during our stay.
The hotel needs a renovation, and some aspects of the room show their age and could be a turn-off for some guests. we had an unpleasant experience with one restaurant staff, who was unwilling to accommodate us initially.

The room was spacious and the decor lovely. Staff were very friendly
The pool was very expensive - it should have been complimentatry for hotel guests, so we didn't use it. There may as well have been no pool. Also while the bed was large (very nice) it was also very hard, making it sore to sleep on.

Room size was 30msq, quite large for a standard room in a Japanese hotel. Bed was nice and firm, with good choice of pillows. Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable and realxing stay.

Conveniently Located
During my stay at a hotel in Nagoya, I was pleased with the hotel's location. It was just a short 5-10 minute walk from the underground subway station, which made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was near the Nagoya Tower, where I could hop on the Meguro bus for convenient sightseeing. The central station was also easily accessible from the hotel. This convenience allowed me to make the most of my time in Nagoya.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect ambiance for a romantic getaway. The staff was friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a short walk away. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious food at Montemarte, one of the hotel's restaurants.
While our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, we found the prices at the on-site restaurants to be quite expensive. We decided to explore nearby dining options instead.
