I chose to stay at the Kanko Hotel because of its convenient location near the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology. However, the free WiFi in public areas was a pleasant surprise. It allowed me to easily research and plan my visits to other landmarks in Nagoya. Additionally, the French restaurant Escoffier boasted an impressive selection of over 200 fine wines, which made dining at the hotel a delightful experience.

The breakfast at Kanko was a little disappointing. The quality of ingredients could be improved, as some items like carrots tasted a bit mouldy.

Our son's wedding guests were housed here, it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hotel was beautiful. The shopping was wonderful and the pastry shop was especially enjoyed by all of us. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us and always with gracious smiles. Designated Non Smoking Room smelled of Smoke and hat old Cigarette traces/burnmarks all over the place. Hotel should stand to that and admit they only have a smoking room instead if relabeling it.

I was amazed by the fantastic location of the hotel. It was situated right next to a variety of restaurants and within close proximity to the metro and main JR station. This made it extremely convenient to explore the city and easily get around. The abundance of staff, especially at the reception, made me feel well taken care of. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including an egg station, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The Japanese-style rooms were small but well-furnished with ample storage space. All in all, I had a great stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Every time we stay in Nagoya, like to stay here. The units are brand-new, modern with a decent view, microwaves, adequate storage space.

Quick check-in, parking opposite the hotel. A decent size and well-appointed rooms with a view and perfect service. Location near business district, 2-3min walk from Fushimi Subway station, Nagoya Station, and the conference center;))

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas, and the festive decorations were lovely. It was also nice to have a restaurant on-site serving a Christmas dinner. The location was convenient with a subway station nearby and plenty of shops in the area.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The wallpaper was peeling, and the furniture looked worn.

Room size is too small for 2 people. Bed (only 140 cm) is much too small for 2 people. Pillows are old and uncomfortable. Carpet is too old and smelly (bad odor). Room decor is too old and too ugly for a 4-star hotel. With that price, we can find another 4-star hotel in the same area which is larger in room size and bed size.

Our double room was really clean and modern, and the beds were super cozy. The staff here provided top-notch service, making our stay super enjoyable. 🌟

The hotel had a great location with a beautiful park just across the street. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The room was small, but cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay, with a variety of Western and Japanese dishes. We especially enjoyed the Nagoya specialties and curry.

The price for the hotel's restaurants was quite expensive, so we opted to eat at nearby places instead. the room was on the smaller side, which may not be comfortable for those who enjoy more space.

Hotel does not have hotel-wide wi-fi which makes it outdated in today's standard. Reserved a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Got a room change after strong complaint to reception.

Nagoya Kanko is still a comfortable luxury hotel, but needs a refurbishment of the rooms in the years ahead. Breakfast is overpriced.

We had a wonderful family stay in a comfortable, modern and spacious hotel with a great location near the subway station, Osu temple and Nagoya JR station. The staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The room was well-maintained and equipped with standard amenities such as free wifi and a spacious bathroom.

During our stay, we noticed some carpet dust under the cabinet and bed, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, had great facilities, and offered convenient transportation options as it was located close to major attractions in the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located in the Sakae-Fushimi area and was close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Everything was spot on.

Clean - convenient location - great city view from the 17th floor. Felt like walking into a vintage movie set. Super friendly staff. Loved the view of the park with autumn leaves. Staff treated us like royalty - even shipped our luggage to Tokyo. Perfect hotel for Suzuka F1 race.
