As a budget traveler, I loved the cute Moomin decorations in the room and the proximity to Moomin World. Easy access from Turku by public bus. Great sauna and pool facilities. Friendly bartender at the reception bar.

The a double room is silent and has a mini-fridge-bar, a seating area and a writing desk. The services are top-notch, including a heated pool. Moreover, you can use private parking on-site. The location is good, 15 minutes' walk to Old Town. And the area is fairly nice next to near the old town, and Muumimaailma.

Luxurious place, I truly enjoyed excellent personnel.

I was here for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant for dinner. It had basic facilities you needed, a minibar, central heating and an individual safe. The location was nice and perfect for me, in the seaside❤🙂

While staying at Naantali Spa Hotel, we were thrilled with the spa facilities. The indoor-outdoor swimming pool was a unique and enjoyable feature, allowing us to experience the contrasting temperatures. The range of treatments offered at the spa was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the Finnish and Turkish saunas. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste. The hotel's restaurants served delicious and well-prepared food. Additionally, the elegant and well-maintained lounges and rooms added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service we received from the staff.

I appreciated the good quality spa services and the convenient location close to restaurants and shops. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean.

The service in the restaurant was slow and not very friendly. the breakfast buffet was quite basic and did not offer a lot of variety.

My husband got stuck in the elevator and therefore had to use emergency button to alarm... The staff treated the situation completely in the unprofessional way. Rather unbelievable... Try to teach your staff to take care of and communicate to foreign clients in all kinds of situations. The Finnish behaviour seldom works in critical situations. Note: I am Finnish myself but my husband is not....

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a touch of old glamour. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed having access to the spa. After a long day, it was a treat to relax in the pool and sauna. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything - deluxe room on the yacht was very comfortable, nice interior of the whole hotel. Good restaurants, perfect staff, nice spa zone.

Very nice location, large selection of restaurants/food, big and stylish pool/sauna area. Children have a large room in which to play, and the hotel offer activities for kids.

Long waiting lines at reception. The room prices are very high. The hotel's standard does not feel quite as good as one would expect at these rates, and they charge extra for almost everything (i.e. Internet = 5 Euros). The swimming pools are rather cold.

Fairly clean hotel, friendly service. Large and airy rooms provided with special sofa beds for the kids and balcony, for example. Large selection for breakfast with standard coffee and also gluten free options.

We had a lovely time staying at this spa hotel with great proximity to restaurants and shops near downtown. The comfortable rooms had stunning views of the bay and the sea. The spacious and clean bathrooms were complete with luxurious bathrobes. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both continental and English dishes. The spa facilities, including two saunas, Turkish baths, and refreshing jacuzzis among others, were impressive. The pool area, outdoor heated pool, and well-equipped fitness center were an added advantage.

The front desk service could be improved, sometimes causing unneeded wait times.

Fantastic location on the water, great sporting facilities -- a real surprise was the gym, which was a proper weightlifting place, not a mediocre hotel gym. The restaurants were surprisingly good as well.

This place is very Finnish, which I liked, but is not up to international five star standards, so will be a disappointment for those who demand that.
