  Oh and great views, beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo right in the mountains. This place is quite nice and no Internet is available in the rooms and wireless is only available in the lobby. The staff is very friendly, pool and hot tub marvelous after a days sight seeing/hiking, kitchen is well equipped. Definitely better choices out there.

  The mountain air is great, location is excellent and few hotels in Canmore/Banff area have an outdoor pool. Maid service is available everyday, rooms are much better than the pictures of its website and the kitchen is well equipped.

  Good location, quiet setting and great home base for trips into Banff. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and try to resolve any issues, the rooms are very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The hot pool must be the swimming pool.

  Quiet location, great place ever and excellent rates. Staff were extremely helpful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The large pool was good.

  Quiet location, friendly atmosphere and the 2 bed house was just great for our family of five. Price was reasonable, pool was excellent Staff went above and also, the hot tub was not working we went.

  Good location and nice place. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, very comfortable furniture, we also used the stereo system worked great.

  View was fabulous and other than this, our stay was great and we would recommed Mystic Springs as a great place to stay. The staff were excellent and room was clean.

  Decent sized living area, kitchen and the bedrooms, stay was great, fellow at the front desk was friendly. Hot tub were very nice.

  Location is great for pets as has a great walking path behind the unit and stuff is friendly. The staff, as always, has bent over backwards to be helpful to us, spacious apartments offering everything you need as a family.

  The location is great and we would highly recommend staying here, the place is fantastic, beautiful hot pool, the staff called us on our cellular phone around 2 pm and told us room is available.

  Excellent value for the cost, very professional staff and the hot tub was great after the day riding.

  The bed situation was incorrect and the mattress in the unit was lumpy and uncomfortable and the sheets.

  Wonderful place to stay and friendly helpful staff. Room excellent value for money and well stocked kitchen. Large fridge, plenty of fresh towels and a popular choice that day. Great pool for kids.

  Ended up parking on street and only negative, no really good restaurants nearby.

  The design of the units was very comfortable and efficient, staff were very friendly, the suite had everything we needed and was clean upon arrival.
